‘Once you have clearance from your GP after your 6 week check, yes! We understand the limits and safe exercises that need to be done to ensure a seamless journey to building your mind and body back back up after your babies’

‘how many times a week should I do classes?’
‘While our class timetable is every day and we encourage everyone to come as much as possible, we recommend attending at least 4 classes a week, two of our SWEAT classes and two of our BUILD classes for a healthy balance - but remember any movement you make for your body is good movement!'
